  • Processing Time: Orders are typically processed within 3-5 business days. During peak periods, processing may take up to 7 business days.

Shipping Methods and Rates

We use Australia Post for all deliveries.

  • Standard Shipping: Delivery within 5-10 business days. Rates vary based on order size and destination.

  • Express Shipping: Delivery within 2-5 business days. Additional charges apply.

Shipping Destinations

  • Domestic Shipping: We ship Australia-wide using Australia Post. Please note we cannot deliver to PO boxes or parcel lockers due to liquor regulations.

  • International Shipping: Currently, we do not offer international shipping.

Shipping Restrictions

  • Age Verification: By law, we can only ship to individuals who are 18 years of age or older. A signature and valid ID will be required upon delivery.

  • State & Regional Restrictions: Some regions may have restrictions on alcohol delivery. Please check your local regulations before placing an order.

Shipping Delays

While we strive to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, carrier delays, or holidays may affect shipping times. We will do our best to keep you informed of any significant delays.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details. You can track your package through Australia Post’s website using the provided tracking number.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

  • Damaged Shipments: If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately at info@dicksonliquorstore.com.au with your order number and photos of the damaged items. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.

  • Lost Shipments: If your order is marked as delivered but you have not received it, please contact us within 48 hours. We will work with Australia Post to locate your package or arrange for a replacement.
